Cadillac Key Fob Programming
53 of the 61 Cadillac model years we cover can be programmed at home. Older Cadillacs like the Deville, Seville and earlier Escalades add a transponder key using one that already starts the engine. Newer push-button models, from the ATS and CT6 to the XT4, XT5 and XT6, use GM's smart key routine, which handles up to 8 keys. The DTS and Eldorado years we list need a pro. Every Cadillac fob we cover takes a CR2032.
