Ford Key Fob Programming

Ford has more home-programmable model years than any make we cover, 412 of 426. Most of them use the same two procedures. The remote relearn resets every remote on the car, so you program them all in one go. Adding a key takes two keys that already start the engine, plus a new key that's been cut. Push-button Fords have their own smart key sequences. Most Ford fobs take a CR2032.

Choose your Ford model for programming steps, the battery it uses, and the correct replacement fob with FCC ID and part number — 426 model years across 48 models.
